Middleby has chosen Andrew Romaine as its new ventless cooking solutions sales and culinary development manager.
In this new position, Middleby revealed, Romaine will support the sales efforts and help drive new business development across the ventless brand portfolio.
He will focus on the emerging ghost kitchen segment and the rapidly growing senior living culinary solutions category, capitalizing on his experience working at Brookdale Senior Living.
Romaine will report directly to Scott Heim, president of ventless cooking solutions.
Romaine spent the past three years as the Southeast regional chef for TurboChef Technologies.
This assignment required him to work closely with the independent Reps and solidify the relationships with large accounts.
