FEDA has announced that its Advocacy Council will travel to Washington D.C towards the end of September in an effort to educate congress members about the foodservice equipment industry.

The trip will take place from September 25-26, and will see the group participate in a special meeting with the US Chamber of Commerce in addition to visiting members of Congress.

It is something of a landmark for the industry body, marking the first time that FEDA leaders have met as a group with elected members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
