FEDA extends deadline for annual profit survey

FEDA has extended the deadline for participants to take part in its profit survey to Friday September 27.

The association said that it realized August was a busy time for its members and this year has been no exception.

It said that although profit survey participation was off to a great start, multiple members had asked if the deadline could be extended.

Bearing in mind that the value provided by the survey increases with the number of participants, it took the decision to extend, whilst encouraging all FEDA members to participate.

To participate in the confidential report, FEDA members are asked to pay a fee based on its annual sales, with those earning over $75m paying $179, those earning between $25m and $75m paying $79 and those earning less than $25m paying $39.

Firms are registered upon payment, and within several hours will receive links to the PDF and Excel formats of the survey and instructions.

The FEDA profit report provides detailed financial results of food service equipment distribution firms.
