Foodservice equipment manufacturer, Eloma, has upgraded its popular combi steamer alongside the new release of a simple-to-use oven.
The Backmaster EB 30 will be introduced to the baking market for the first time alongside the new version of the Genius combi steamer.
The facelift of the combi steamer Genius makes cooking and baking easier after its four years in the market. The Genius has undergone renovations to improve its ability to keep up with current industry standards.
Additional individualization options have been designed to make processes in the professional kitchen even safer.
Eloma will also offer an optional door with LED lighting and triple-glazing for the Genius as of April 2019 which results in additional energy savings of approximately 14 %.
The compact baking oven EB 30 is now complemented by the benefits of Eloma’s own MT-Technology.
The new Quick Mode ASC helps to avoid application errors by defining three suitable baking programs.
