Edward Don & Company has completed further expansion with the acquisition of Las Vegas-based kitchen design firm, Shervan Colonel Equipment Corporation.
The deal will see the nationwide distributor take ownership of Shervan, which has designed and installed kitchens in a number of high volume restaurants across the country.
Drew Shervan, President of Shervan Colonel Equipment, will retain his leadership role, with the firm now operating as a division of Edward Don & Company.
He said: “I look forward to partnering with Edward Don & Company. DON’s nationwide scope and our shared vision of passionate customer service and outstanding foodservice design, will be a successful combination.”
The CEO of Edward Don & Company, Steve Don, welcomed the acquisition and spoke of his excitement at Drew Shervan becoming part of the Edward Don family.
He noted: “Drew’s excellent design and project management skills will be a great addition to our growing design-build capabilities”
The deal follows Edward Don’s acquisition of Myers Restaurant Supply last month, and is the company’s fourth acquisition since its investment from Vestar Capital Partners in March of 2017.
