Doyon Baking Equipment has rolled out a new range of proofers, which can be personalised and custom-built to suit customer preference.
The commercial cooking equipment manufacturer’s new lines of Perfect Proofers and Retarder Proofers have the ability to be conveniently shipped flat for assembly on-site due to their easy locking mechanism.
The models can go through any existing doors, regardless of size, and can be configured to fit in any room size.
In order to match up with specific kitchen measurements, operators can use the online configurator to build a personalized proofer.
Following this, users will then receive a specification sheet and be able to place their order.
Alongside this, the ranges run on the same racks as the company’s SRO series ovens, can easily be connected to utilities and integrate with Doyon’s BakeSuite.
Established by Gustave Doyon in 1950, Doyon Equipment started as a sales and repair business for bakery equipment and moved to manufacturing its own equipment in the 1970s.
