Culinary Equipment Group has strengthened its position in the Chicago market by adding corporate chef DJ Malfitano to its team.
Malfitano has more than 15 years experience as a sous chef and executive chef in high-profile establishments, and in sales for a major food distributor.
He will be handling culinary support and sales for the group.

The business has been operating for more than a decade, focusing on restaurants, hospitality, institutions, retail outlets and other segments.
