Culinary Equipment Group has announced it is partnering with John Boos & Co. for representation.
The foodservice equipment manufacturers’ representative will serve the cutting board designer for Northern and Central Illinois, as well as Northwest Indiana.
John Boos & Co. design a variety of stainless steel fabrication, butcher blocks, and work tops.

John Boos & Co.’s history stretches back to its founding in 1887, and is based in Effingham, Illinois.
The manufacturer has survived changing hands and two separate factory fires throughout its history.
In 2023, the company opened a new distribution centre, bringing its campus to over 335,000 square feet across 32 acres.
The company currently employs nearly 300 people.
Culinary Equipment Group currently represents Rational, Sammic Marra Forni, Ovention, Groen, and Irinox, among others.
