Culinary Equipment Group spills the beans on agreement with Faema Espresso Machines


Chicago-based foodservice equipment manufacturers’ representation firm Culinary Equipment Group (CEG) has signed a deal with Espresso Soci.

Espresso Soci is the largest US importer of Faema traditional and superautomatic espresso machines.

It operates a test kitchen and distribution center in Calumet City, IL which it said is ideal for showcasing Faema’s passion for coffee.

Thanks to the new agreement between the two, CEG will now represent Faema Espresso Machines in Northern Illinois.

“We are eager to take a larger role in the fast-growing beverage segment,” said James Carr, principal at Culinary Equipment Group. “It’s
great to be part of the Chicagoland coffee culture!”

The Chicago-based CEG primarily serves Northern and Central Illinois as well as Northwest Indiana.

This is not the first move CEG has made in recent months to expand its business.
