With the partnership, Unified Brands provides Chrane with access to a strong portfolio of established cooking, cleaning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment to help serve the foodservice industry.

“Chrane came highly recommended by their peers and was confirmed as a wise choice across our consultants and channel partners,” said Beth Hammer, vice president sales – institutional accounts at Unified Brands.

“Chrane is a team of people who shared our dedication to the foodservice industry, are knowledgeable in providing heavy equipment solutions for kitchen staff and restaurant owners, and are committed to being innovative.”

Unified Brands counts the likes of Groen, Randell, Avtec, A la Cart, Power Soak and CapKold product lines within its stable.

As an operating company within the refrigeration and food equipment segment of Dover Corporation, Unified Brands is headquartered in Conyers, Ga., and has operations in Michigan, and Mississippi.

Chrane principal Duane Guidry said: “The addition of Avtec, Groen, CapKold, Power Soak and Randell adds a tremendous dynamic to our offering for our valued dealer, consultant and end-user partners.

“Along with the countless solutions Unified Brands offers, the additions allow Chrane to reinvest in key management support, culinary and outside sales roles further strengthening our position in the Oklahoma and Texas markets and better serving our targeted customer base.”
