Carter-Hoffman bids to make operations more convenient with smart new innovation

Carter-Hoffmann, an Illinois-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, will show off its latest product line at this year’s NAFEM Show in Florida.

The company said their products are focused on making things accessible and easy to move around, in some cases even bringing the farm into the kitchen, and making life more convenient for the customer.

Carter-Hoffmann will be presenting its Tenderchef smart cabinet which is said to provide a “great presentation” for front of the house and enable the user to control the food’s environment.

Also on show will be Carter-Hoffmann’s self-sustained ecosystem, GardenChef, which has fully automated compartments that provides a suitable environment for growing herbs and micro greens.

To finish the company’s NAFEM offering, Carter-Hoffmann’s PUC pickup cabinets will also be presented at the trade show. The smart cabinet systems connect to existing POS equipment to help speed up service. The cabinet is suitable for order pick-up, order return, hot pizza or bagged product.

Carter-Hoffmann will be available at booth 1423 at the NAFEM Show.
