Foodservice equipment manufacturer, BKI Worldwide, will launch its new automatic filtration system at the NAFEM Show in February.
The BKI AFS deep fryer automatically filters the oil after every batch of food which should keep oil clean and extend its useful life, saving time and money.
The model’s oil is automatically filtered after every cooking cycle which is designed to decrease the probability of workplace burns due to the lack of staff contact with hot oil.
Other benefits of the fryer are said to be that it keeps particles out of the oil which results in better tasting oil and an auto-lift basket enables oil to surround food products to give a crispy texture.
Alongside this, it features heating elements that are fully submerged in oil to increase recovery time and maintain consistent temperatures.
NAFEM attendees can visit booth 2828 to view the new release.
