Bargreen Ellingson has taken over Advanced Chemical Solutions, a chemicals and leasing company servicing markets in Montana, Washington and Idaho.
The business started out in 1991 when Gary Brink Inc., the local Hobart sales and service agent for Eastern Montana and Northern Wyoming, entered the chemicals market to compete with local and national brands.
Becoming its own company in 1996, Advanced Chemical Solutions (ACS) focused exclusively on providing the hospitality industry with robust chemical programs and dish machine agreements.
It has since has grown to service hundreds of customers across Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
Bargreen Ellingson said the acquisition further signals its intent to make chemicals and leasing an integral division of the company.
12 members of the ACS staff will join Bargreen Ellingson to continue supporting customers they have built relationships with and will now have greater access to inventoried dishwashers, dispensers and parts.
Eric Ellingson, vice president of Bargreen Ellingson, said: “Having partnered with ACS for the last five years, we’ve seen how that partnership has kept us closer and more connected to the needs of our customers. This realization had led Bargreen to invest in dishwasher leasing and chemical support elsewhere throughout our company.
“Over the past two years, Bargreen’s division has grown across four of the 10 states we serve, showing the program’s rapid adoption by customers and staff alike. With ACS joining Bargreen Ellingson, it enables us to approach each customer relationship with one goal in mind- continuing to serve those who serve others.”
