New shared data technology designed to help tackle challenges faced by foodservice operators is to be unveiled at next month’s National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show.
Avery Dennison, a leader in materials science, printing technologies, RFID solutions and manufacturing, is taking a ‘bold step’ in the future of food with the launch of new Freshmarx technology that will harness the power of shared data to enable labor efficiency, food safety, sustainability in a bid to enhance the customer experience.
The new expanding suite of technology has been designed to meet the challenges and needs to food establishments, connecting front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maximise all areas of the supply chain for restaurants, grocery and convenience stores.
Freshmarx technology will be on display at the NRA 2019 on May 18-21 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The company also offers a supportive step-by-step program through FreshTrax Analysis, Freshmarx Systems Integration, Freshmarx RFID Design and Deployment and Freshmarx Service and Support.
As part of the program, experts then review existing operations and identify process improvements to ensure greater efficiency, food safety and reduce costs.
