Apex Commercial Kitchen will officially rebrand as Curate later this month.
The company, which has test kitchens in Kansas City, Minneapolis and St. Louis, is joining forces with TRC Marketing to create a single entity.
The combined company will focus on providing best-in-class services to manufacturer partners and customers in the hospitality sector.
Curate will span 16 states with six offices, four showrooms and test kitchens.
Joe Klosterman, vice president of sales at Curate, said the company will offer a dynamic combination of sales, CAD and culinary support.
“The world and the market that we are serving are changing. This is our next step toward executing on our vision for the rep of the future.”
The brand roll-out will take effect from Monday 17 January.
