Lance Thompson has joined Antunes as product manager, overseeing the development of steaming solutions for the foodservice equipment manufacturer.
Thompson comes to Antunes with more than 17 years of marketing and product management experience.
He most recently served as senior product manager for portable lighting with Southwire Company, a leading manufacturer of building wire and utility cable.
In this role, his responsibilities included product development with an industrial design firm, pricing strategies and department leadership.
“We are proud to add Lance to our product management team. His innovative, customer-oriented thinking and years of experience will allow us to transform our customers’ challenges into valuable solutions to achieve a new level of excellence,” stated Daniel Schmidt, director of strategic operations for Antunes.
His appointment follows on from the recent announcement that Melissa Neckopulos joined the business as water filtration general manager.
She is responsible for sales, product management, engineering and field testing and installation for the company’s water filtration segment, in addition to working closely with global water charities and for-profit organizations.
Neckopulos has more than 13 years in the water treatment industry. In her most recent role as commercial applications engineer with Culligan Water, Neckopulos provided technical sales support for over 600 franchise dealerships in North America, held product management responsibilities for the Stainless Steel division and engineered customized water treatment solutions for commercial and light industrial applications.
