Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has bolstered its team with the appointment of four new executives.
The appointments include seasoned industry veteran John Reale who has been announced as the firm’s new chief operating officer and the experienced Katie Knight as chief marketing officer.
Also joining the team are new chief culinary officer Dean Courtelis and Claudia Schaefer, who has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Anthony’s CEO, Wayne Jones, highlighted the importance of adding experienced faces at a time of further growth for the company.
He said: “As Anthony’s plans further expansion across the U.S., we are thrilled to have these dynamic individuals join Chief People Officer Michele Zavolta and Chief Financial Officer Rebekah Cooksey on our executive team, and welcome Claudia onto our board.”

The chain has already experienced substantial growth in recent years, and now comprises 67 company-owned restaurants.
The firm describes itself as a “unique coal fired-focused menu and traditional Italian-American approach to cooking.”
