Alto-Shaam promotes from within for new customer experience role


Alto-Shaam has appointed a longstanding company stalwart to the newly-created role of director of customer experience.

Cindy Zbytniewski has taken on the new role after more than 30 years in the industry, 27 of those with the global foodservice equipment company.

She will oversee Alto-Shaam’s sales, inventory and operations plan, focusing on the pre- and post-sale customer journey, from initial inquiry to delivery and beyond.

“I’m very pleased to welcome Cindy into this new role,” said Lucy McQuillan, Alto-Shaam’s executive vice president of global sales. “Her dedication to our customers, as well as her wealth of experience and knowledge of Alto-Shaam and our values make her the perfect choice for this role.”

Meanwhile, commenting on her new position, Zbytniewski added: “I’m proud to be a part of the Alto-Shaam family.
