Alto-Shaam is celebrating being named as one of the winners of the Smart Label 2019 Host Innovation Awards.
The Wisconsin-based manufacturer has been awarded for its Vector range of ovens with Structured Air Technology.
Smart Label is an initiative promoted by HOSTMilano and POLI.Design and recognizes businesses who have demonstrated true innovation in their products and made a significant contribution to development in their sector.
More than 215 companies entered, with Alto-Shaam being named among the top 50 winners.
Lucy McQuillan, the company’s executive vice president of global sales, said: “We are very proud to be recognized with a SMART Label Award. Our focus on quality, innovation and true thought-leadership has enabled us to develop a range of foodservice equipment solutions that are genuinely world-class.
“Our Vector Multi-Cook ovens are designed to deliver the greatest flexibility and unrivalled cooking performance, enabling our customers to cook and serve their food exactly how they want it – when they want it.”
At the exhibition, Alto-Shaam is launching the latest version of its Vector H Series Multi-Cook ovens with a new design, advanced user-friendly interface, and the ability to customise each oven with colours to match a customer’s desired front-of-house experience.
All the products that have been awarded the Smart Label will appear in the Smart Label Index catalogue and exhibited at a dedicated show at HOSTMilano, which takes place between 18-22 October 2019.
