ALDKitchen hits the sweet spot with professional kitchen equipment for making desserts


ALDKitchen, a trademark of Puffle, is rapidly growing its selection of commercial foodservice equipment to meet consumer demand for desserts.

The US-based company cited statistics suggesting that desserts now account for 21% more of the average restaurant check than they did two years ago.

This is due to both an increased appetite for American desserts, but also a new interest in foreign desserts such as the Japanese bubble waffle.

To support this growing demand ALDKitchen has released a new range of equipment.

Some of the dishes it is possible to make with ALDKitchen equipment include Belgian waffles, bubble waffles, taiyaki waffles, Japanese souffle pancakes and Dutch poffertjes.

It also sells equipment for making churros, chimney cakes, crepes, cotton candy and ice cream.

This is all in addition to its equipment for making savory dishes like burgers, pasta, rice cakes, paninis and more.

The company also offers spare parts and serves a worldwide foodservice market.
