Affinis, the parent company of foodservice equipment manufacturers SaniServ and SECOSelect, has extended its warranty programs to provide up to five and ten years of high-quality support.
Effective from this month, the majority of SECOSelect models will be covered by a five year “bumper-to-bumper” parts warranty with an optional 10-year warranty and one year of labor coverage.
As of the same time frame, most SaniServ models will be covered by a five-year warranty on evaporators and compressors and three-year coverage on other parts with an optional five-year warranty and one year of labor coverage.
Affinis said the warranty upgrades are in line with its commitment to advanced quality, industry-leading support and equipment that helps customers grow their profitability.
Matt Bastnagel, Affinis’ marketing assistant, said: “This change will reinforce our leadership position in the industry and further reduce our industry-best total overall cost of ownership, which is what our customers expect and deserve.”
This change has been made possible by “Improve Daily” engineering and manufacturing programs, which have eliminated complexity and streamlined processes that allowed the manufacturers to further improve on product quality.
Bob McAfee, president of Affinis, said: “It’s not just about our confidence in the quality of what we make, it’s also important because our customers deserve every possible advantage to succeed.
“Our customers, distributors and dealers will benefit from knowing they can confidently stand behind every decision to buy or sell high-quality SaniServ and SECOSelect equipment.”
Affinis is an Indiana-based holding company which owns SaniServ, SECOSelect and Parade Plastics, a manufacturer of foodservice plastics.
