Taylor Company invests in people with key promotions


Taylor Company has announced several key promotions as it invests in team growth and innovation.

The manufacturer of commercial griddles, part of The Middleby Corporation, has promoted ‘industry veteran’ Kelly McWilliams to the role of global vice president of sales and marketing, while Greg Pryal moves to her position as director of sales-North America.

McWilliams has been with Taylor Company since 2015 and has ‘enthusiastically led’ the sales team for the Americas.

“Her commitment to customer and distributor relationships reflects a passion for driving sales growth across all foodservice industry segments,” says Jeremy Dobrowolski, president, Taylor Company.

She will now focus on growing the Taylor Company’s global strategy and international sales.

Pryal will now work with McWilliams to ensure a ‘smooth transition’ into his new role assuming the role of sales leadership for the company’s domestic business.

He joined Taylor company in 2017 and is based out of Green Bay, Wisconscin.

Dobrowolski added: “Greg is based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin and has been an asset to the Taylor system since 2017. With over 20 years in the foodservice industry, he has provided Taylor and our distributor network many creative solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction. His determination to succeed and passion to drive change make him a perfect fit for this new role in leadership.”
