Bar Maid Corporation has released its new CP-7000 cutlery polisher.
The brand claims the new product can reduce labor costs, risk of injury and unhygienic handling associated with hand polishing.
The CP-7000 can polish up to 4000 pieces per hour depending on the operator and cutlery being polished, removing water spots and eliminating unsanitary hand polishing.
George Shepherd, president of Bar Maid, commented: “These glass and cutlery polishing machines are the perfect polishing partners.”
He added: “Busy restaurants, hotels and banquet providers are going to love the time-saving efficiency and sparkling results.”
The device works by inserting 8-10 pieces of cutlery in the top chute every 5 to 10 seconds.
Cutlery then vibrates through warmed organic granulate (150-170˚F) drying and polishing the cutlery.
UV-C exposure then sanitizes it before the cutlery exits helping to eradicate any potential bacteria remaining from the washing process.
